The more you know about grappling, the more difficult it is to pick a goal for a lesson because you don’t want to leave something important out or you feel like you should be answering all questions that are possible at once. In this video I show how I approach picking a goal/topic for a class and why long-term planning is very important for short-term goals and decisions.
